History of S.W. Rodgers

S. W. Rodgers Co., Inc. is a Site Development, Heavy Highway, Utility and Concrete Contractor with headquarters located in Gainesville, Virginia. We have a Division Office in Fredericksburg that allows us to serve the region south to the Richmond area.

As a Full Service company, we provide "Turn Key" projects from clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment controls, stripping, mass earthwork, storm and sanitary sewer, water lines, rough and fine grading, stone base, concrete curb-gutter and sidewalk, and asphalt paving ready for bond release.

With our manpower and 850+ pieces of heavy equipment, we can provide a quality job, on time, and within a contracted price.
